Is We The Curious venue shop open? 

No, we are currently closed following a fire at our site. Please keep an eye on our socials and our website for updates. 

You can still place orders on our website.

Is Click & Collect still available? 

Yes, when you arrive at We The Curious, collect your order from the Millennium Square Car Park office (open 24/7). If you can't find this, call us on 0117 915 7254. 

 

What is We The Curious?

We The Curious is science centre and educational charity on Bristol harbourside. It's an interactive space where everyone can ask questions, explore and test things out together. Everything purchased online and in our venue shop in Bristol supports us as a charity.

How soon will I receive my order? 

We aim to fulfil orders within 3-5 working days. 

How will my order be delivered? 

If you choose standard delivery, we will send your order through Royal Mail, second class post. Express delivery will be sent Royal Mail first class post. 

How much is delivery? 

Standard UK postage and packaging costs £3.99. Express UK postage and packaging costs £4.50. If you spend £50, standard postage is free.
Click & collect is free.
Europe postage and packaging costs £6. 

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, please see our refund policy for more details. 

How are your products packaged? 

We reuse packaging, which means you might not immediately recognise it is from We The Curious. However, we do seal our packages with branded paper tape. Inside the packaging, you will find a packing slip with your order. 

Can I order a gift for someone else? 

Yes, and we offer gift wrapping. Make sure you have the correct shipping address, and add gift wrap to your cart. 
If you would like to include a card, please add one to your cart and in your order notes write your message in quotation marks (") for us to write for you. 

 

How will I know my order has been placed successfully? 

You will be redirected to a confirmation page and will receive a confirmation email. You may need to check your junk / spam folder for this.

How do I cancel or change my order? 

Contact us as soon as possible by email. Orders are fulfilled soon after being received, so changes aren't always possible. 

Do We The Curious members receive a discount? 

Yes, as in our venue shop, We The Curious members benefit from 10% off in our online shop which is activated through a discount code. If you're a member, you'll find your discount code in your member newsletter.

Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes, check these out here! Please carefully read the Ts & Cs. 

Do you accept the Love Bristol gift card? 

Yes! Simply type in the card details as you would any debit or credit card on the payment screen.

Where can I buy tickets or gift vouchers for tickets? 

You can buy these through this link on our main website. We're currently closed, so you won't be able to buy tickets for a specific date, but you can still purchase gift vouchers for tickets or membership. These gift vouchers cannot be used in our shop or cafe.

Why did my order come in a box from another company? 

One of our priorities as a charity and science centre is to build sustainable futures. One of the ways we can support this is by creating less waste as an organisation. We decided to use reused packaging as a result. You will recognise your order as it will be sealed with tape bearing our logo! 

Can I use more than one discount code?

You will only be able to use one discount at a time. The best option for your order will be automatically chosen, so you'll get the most money off your order. 

Will I need to pay customs for my international order? 

lf you are shipping to Europe for any orders above £135, you will be charged customs. We The Curious is not responsible for paying this charge.
