Is We The Curious venue shop open? 

No, we are currently closed following a fire at our site (https://www.wethecurious.org/news/fire-roof). Please keep an eye on our socials and our website for updates. 

You can still place orders on our website, but please be aware that there may be delays in order processing. 

Is Click & Collect still available? 

Yes, when you arrive at We The Curious, call us on 0117 915 1000 and we will bring your order out. Please provide us with ID. Click and collect is currently available Monday - Friday 10am-5pm (except Friday the 15th of April 2022).

What is We The Curious?

We The Curious is science centre and educational charity on Bristol harbourside. It's an interactive space where everyone can ask questions, explore and test things out together. Everything purchased online and in our venue shop in Bristol supports us as a charity.

How soon will I receive my order? 

We aim to fulfil orders within 3-5 working days.

How will my order be delivered? 

We will send your order through Royal Mail.

How much is delivery? 

Postage and packaging costs £4.50. If you spend £50, postage is free. 

Do you accept returns? 

Yes, please see our refund policy for more details. 

How are your products packaged? 

We reuse packaging, which means you might not immediately recognise it is from We The Curious. However, we do seal our packages with branded paper tape. Inside the packaging, you will find a packing slip with your order. 

Can I order a gift for someone else? 

Yes, and we offer gift wrapping. Make sure you have the correct shipping address, and select the gift wrapping option when adding the product to your cart. 

Do you have more items in your venue shop? 

Yes, we only have a small portion of our products available online. If you'd like to order something you know we have in store, please contact us and we will try to help. 

How will I know my order has been placed successfully? 

You will be redirected to a confirmation page and will receive a confirmation email. You may need to check your junk folder for this.

How do I cancel or change my order? 

Contact us as soon as possible by email. Orders are fulfilled soon after being received, so changes aren't always possible. 

Do We The Curious members receive a discount? 

Yes, as in our venue shop, We The Curious members benefit from 10% off in our online shop which is activated through a discount code. If you're a member, you'll find your discount code in your member newsletter.

Do you offer gift vouchers? 

Yes! In the Gift collection, you'll find We The Curious gift cards. These can be used both in our venue shop and online. They cannot be redeemed for tickets into We The Curious, membership or for the Café.

Why did my order come in a box from another company? 

One of our priorities as a charity and science centre is to build sustainable futures. One of the ways we can support this is by creating less waste as an organisation. We decided to use reused packaging as a result. You will recognise your order as it will be sealed with tape bearing our logo! 

Can I use more than one discount code?

You will only be able to use one discount at a time. The best option for your order will be automatically chosen, so you'll get the most money off your order.
