How to choose a size:

  • Small cups: 7 cm length, 4 cm diameter. Recommended for people under 25 years old. 
  • Large cups: 7.5 cm length, 4.5 cm diameter. Recommended for people over 25 years old, or who have given birth vaginally. 

Care Instructions:

  • Sterilise by using the steriliser, or leave to soak in boiling water for a few minutes.
  • Air dry before using. 
  • Sterilise before first use & last uses each period.
  • Rinse with clean water between changes.
